Mold Prevention
Over the past 20 years Mold has become more of a problem in
the coastal areas of the United States. Each year we hear and
see more homes and businesses having mold issues which
eventually become mold problems.
If Mold goes undetected and is allowed to mature it will
eventually cause many types of respiratory ailments and

Mold is hard to detect until it matures and changes to a color
you can see. But it usually begins behind walls and other
moist, wet areas of bathrooms or laundry rooms where it is

allergy symptoms are acting up. The mold then goes back to
sleep (becomes dormant) and all of the respiratory and allergy
symptoms improve. So, people never check to see if it’s a mold
problem until they have a very bad infestation. Then it is
very expensive to get rid of.
